It was a pleasure to work with the Corporate Development and Analytics team as part of the Pension Boards’ Summer Internship Program. The experience significantly enhanced my data analytics and problem-solving skills and strengthened my persistence when facing challenges.
Through hands-on projects in data analysis and visualization, I gained a deeper understanding of which analytics are most valuable to the organization. I had the opportunity to contribute my own insights and creativity, actively engaging in discussions with the team. Additionally, I supported the automation of data processes, which helped me develop a continuous improvement mindset.
Dealing with and solving technical challenges that felt impossible at first greatly boosted my confidence and resilience. These accomplishments would not have been possible without the guidance, support, and encouragement of my team.
